Stephen moved to Charleston from Monmouth County, New Jersey in the Summer of 2015 to pursue a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management with a Minor is Business Administration. Stephen fell in love with the city of Charleston and developed a passion for real estate and property management while working as a leasing agent for Cardinal Group Management, a nationwide property management company out of Denver, CO. Stephen came to know Colin and Tony after living on-site and quickly realized that his passions aligned with the CKC culture and was elated to interview for the position of Assistant STR Manager for CKC’s Hospitality division. Now boasting his South Carolina Real Estate license and 3 years of experience in the industry, Stephen is very excited to continue expanding his knowledge of the field, growing the Charleston Vacays brand, and continuing to live in his favorite city!
