Agent Compensation Plans
CKC Standard
On this plan, agents pay $250 per month to hang their license with CKC Realty and retain control and responsibility over all of their own costs, dues, and memberships. This plan is perfect for well-established agents who are adept at creating leads and opportunities for income and have already adopted a proven business plan for their own real estate business.
CKC Pro
For a 70/30 split with the Brokerage, agents on this plan have all membership dues and fees paid by CKC Realty. Agents are required to complete a transaction in their first six months with the company and are evaluated at the six and twelve month mark. Based upon agent's production, a fee of $500 may be assessed by CKC Realty at six month intervals as compensation for brokerage expenses paid by CKC Realty.
CKC Elite
Offered to agents with a proven record in sales, this plan offers a 90/10 split with the brokerage and all fees paid by CKC Realty. This program is only available to agents with a demonstrated track record of sales exceeding five million in sales.
